i'm gonna say i made the first version of this tape around 1983/1984 just with songs from the radio. ten years later, i cut a few songs, and add a few songs. ten years after that, i find the tape again, cringe at a few songs, add a few new cuts, debate if i should embarass myself right here in cyberspace by posting this mix, realize i have little to lose, i post the mix, and play the tape over and over to my chagrin, singing right along with john cougar's not even 30 year old voice...
