I made this mix cd for a friend of mine who was leaving for college. She also had made me a mix tape as well, but neither of us exchanged the tapes because we didn't see each other before she had to leave for the fall semester. I really miss her and often wonder how she's doing up there away from home. Even though she put so much time and energy into the mix tape she made for me, I don't think she really cared that much in the end. After all, she already had a boyfriend and we were just friends. It sucks too cus both of our mixes had some of the same songs, and the two of us thought that was kind of weird to find out that we not only liked the same bands, but also chose the exact same songs as well. We just looked at eachother in astonishment as we shared our song choices. "It's hard to give up the one you never thought you'd leave..."
