This mix was made on request. The order was for a jazz-influenced display of anguish. The result is a compilation of my favorite my-heart-is-broken-and-I-shan't-ever-recover jazz songs. I listened to this for the first time while preparing a meal, which is normally a stressful thing with a two year old running around. Even though this CD was created with "anguish" in mind, it was calming. I enjoyed it, but I tend to enjoy anguished entertainment! I
know very little about jazz, but I picked up on the different styles represented here and the different eras the songs come from. I think it will be hard to get this one out of my kitchen! Thanks Marjorie!
