i'm really hungry but have no money and no food so i have, therefore, decided that making a mix about food will make my hunger subside. unfortunately, it didn't really work and i'm still really hungry. i have multiple theories why this mix did not work. one being that the rolling stones songs is rather out of place between cold cold hearts and black flag. another being that many of the songs aren't actually about food (i.e. the butthole surfers song, the jack off jill song, the minor threat song, etc.). plus, the peaches song has nothing at all to do with food but her name is peaches and she's canadian so i thought she should have a place on the mix. i have also noticed that those hair metal boys (def leppard, warrant) really enjoy equating women/their relationships with women to food. that's probably why they are all, ironically enough, on food stamps. damnit, i'm hungry.
