my favourites of 2003, up until april. the decemberists pick is a rerelease, but fuck it, it's close enough. the downie isn't out yet, but i have a promo copy so that's close enough too.not always the best songs off their respective albums, but this flows like a mofo and i love every minute. this is a very good year, and canrock's as healthy as it's ever been. booyakasha.

just seeing this now... the new songs: ohia isn't near as good as i had hoped it would be, but other than that, mmmm. oh and i'm not a fan of ambulance vs ambulance... usa nails is where it's at heh... mmm calexico and bonnie prince billy... mmm dears and postal service... HEY when did the new local rabbits come out!?! i need this!
the first two songs off the songs: ohia are all i need. farewell transmission is one of my faves of the year, but it's too long for the mix.under further review, i agree with you about usa nails over ambulance.
