Boy, I was worried about this second Peter Gabriel collection being nothing but slow, long, sleepy songs. Luckily there were still a few energetic ones left over.I'm thinking of starting a pool with all my friends where we bet on how long the first track will be on the next Peter Gabriel album. Say, $10 each. I'll probably take the ten-second block from 7:30 to 7:39. We'll take all the money we bet and put it into a savings account, and by the time Peter Gabriel puts out another album, I figure the winner can retire on the interest.

That's more or less why I gave up on him.
I'd aim for a bit higher than that, myself... hmm. depends on if he's fretting about the sales of 'Up' and thinks it's time to pull out the heavenly synths. (I think it's a sign of how truly dorky I am that the description here amused me so much.) btw, have you heard the Trent Reznor remix of Growing Up? it's pretty good...
