i've been listening to her 'amazing grace' a lot lately. by far the best version of that song i've ever heard. her amazing voice lends to some powerful music.

Great stuff! Throwing Muses used to be my favorite band, although I haven't checked much of Kristin's solo stuff. Wasn't it Throwing Muses that recorded Amazing Grace? Or did she cover it solo as well. Also, have you heard the solo Kristin Hersh acoustic concert that came with some import copies of Red Heaven?

Amazing Grace is off her "The Holy Single" disc. If you like the Muses you really, really should check out her solo stuff. "Hips and Makers" is an amazing cd.
