it took me longer to pick which cover i liked the most for this than it did to make the actual mix! i finally decided on this one though. i heart pin-ups. =)
oh, and there's sort of a plot to the cd. the beginning songs are all "yay!! it's summer!!" (i.e. Bikini Beach Party) songs. in the middle it slows down to reflect that "hmm, i'm bored now... and it's hot" (i.e. Summer and Longer) attitude you get half-way through summer. at the end of the cd the songs pick back up a bit because you realize "oh, no! the summer's almost over! i've got to have fun before i have to give up my lazy freedom!" (i.e. Nothing Matters When We're Dancing).
