Comment:
These are all different songs, not covers. Dancing the night away is a really, really, really good idea.Feedback:
I submit that we dance. What do you think?
I can't vouch for the quality of most of these songs, as I don't know them, but this a great damn idea for a mix!
scary
oh wow... hehehe... this is intense.
Yes let's dance. Thanks for the comments. On the quality issue, all I can say is, you shoulda heard the outtakes!
Thanx for the info, I appreciate it.
interesting mix, and yes joan jett does sing "Bad Reputation" on my mix
Dude... Friggin' AWESOME. I will trade you something for a copy of THAT badass mofo! Shoot, I'll photoshop the cover art for it!
Amazing!
Haha. Super cute.
hey ed,
this was a *beautiful* mix. everyone i showed it to was blown away. i really liked how you mixed up the genres - fave country tracks were 1 and 4, pop track 7, rock tracks were 12 and 14, disco tracks 16 and 17 and techno track 22.
to answer your question about north of the border v.2, yes, 'qamotiq' is the inuit word for the sleds that they use in the north. a picture can be found here. note the curve at the front end of the runners to help the sled to rise over the terrain (and prevent the sled from jamming itself into the snow when going downhill). very ingenious folks, these inuit.

hahahaha
Hypothetical exchange between writer and producer:
"... I'm pretty sure someone already used that title for a song"
"i don't care, it's awesome!"
