Comment:

A mix of mostly "pretty" songs. I put this CD together as a soundtrack for when I helped my daughters (age 7 and 4) clean their room. Things went swimmingly until the Chet Baker track, when they began arguing. Arguing to Chet Baker? How could they?
Thanks to Steve Mossholder who introduced me to the great John Mayall album The Turning Point.

Very cool for a mix made by a mom! ;) Seriously, it's good to see that your youngins are being exposed to great music like Death By Chocolate, B&S and Gilbert O'Sullivan. Now go clean your room.

Thanks for the comment on my mix. I don't know why I assumed you were a mom. Erik is a pretty funny name for a lady.

Hey Erik! played this again while the missus and I made dinner the other night, and we both thought 8 thru 16 was an especially nice run, with appealling contrasts of old/new jazz/blues/indie. And Ben Gibbard makes another appearance for a charming ending. I like the innocence he projects. Thanks for this.
