Some friends wanted me to make a mix for a road trip we were taking. About that time, I had just discovered the great song by Spoon called "The Way We Get By." So, that song became the magnet for this mix and everything else just came together. It may be too mainstream for some people's tastes, but I really enjoy it and it made for a really fun drive. (It's also great to hear when you're driving at night with the windows down. Fits the mood perfectly.)
