This is a collection of earthy tunes that is best played at the dusk hour on a heavy and warm summer evening. Sip a beer and avoid the mosquitoes. Enjoy.
The mix begins with echoes of an Americana summer; but soon a cool wind blows in and the mix becomes a little more chilling. The Black Crowes track Remedy is an up-tempo burst (like a shot of medicine that makes you tingle before it knocks you out) that ushers in a strangely sedative closing half that ends with euphoric high courtesy of the Eels.
