I think you'll need to put Muddy Waters & Howlin' Wolf on vol2 along with some of the women. Do you know Hound Dog Taylor?
Oxford American's been releasing these "Southern Music" cd's with their mag.. i snagged number 6 and it's got some great stuff on it (like the little milton track)...
