This has been a fun mix to make, I'm finally happy with it. It covers the way my summers usually go.
The Beginning (tracks 1-3): Also known as, "Holy CRAP! School's over! FREEDOM! I can't believe it!"
The near-to-the-beginning (tracks 4-8): These tracks show my enthusiasm for the beginning of summer. I do everything I can, as fast as I can, and just enjoy the lovely weather.
Lazy bum time (tracks 9-13): After I waste all my energy on the beginning of the summer, I just lounge around all day and put off any schoolwork that is due the first day of school. These are the procrastination tracks, and Belle & Sebastian's "A Summer Wasting" pretty much sums that time up.
uh-oh (tracks 14-15): These songs depict my realization that summer is coming to an end, and that I am doomed to go back for another year of boring ass school. Only one more!
The grand finale (tracks 16-17): I accept my impending doom (and lack of free time). Goodbye Summer!
