Comment:
James Brown famously gave the drummer some, what about the bass player? No suprises, no method to the madness, just some favorites.Feedback:
awesom stuff, sometimes I think you're moving too fast
Excellent Curtis. I did not know that he did so much outside of Motown. Keep your eyes out for my next posted mix, which will be double-disk theme mix that also features both Al Wilson and Hues Corporation.
filled with timeless classics. A great mix doesn't have to be filled with rarities to make it appealing, and this is a great mix
A great collection of classic tunes. Wonderful.
Very nice!
Great collection. Classic thumping stuff. The bass is the place...
Sweet!
Love those soul-killers;-)
Got 'brilliant' shot through it like a stick of Blackpool rock.
Curtis: Gotta say that I just finished watching the DVD documentary about the Funk Brothers, "Standing in the Shadows of Motown," and then saw this ... great mix by a great mixer for a great musician. I bow deeply.
