This is the most important mix I've ever made and the one I spent the longest on and put the most thought into it. It went through more changes than I could possibly keep track of. It's for a girl named Lucy. The title breaks down into 18 syllables, the same as the number of tracks, so in the liner notes the tracks are listed as their corresponding syllables. And inside the booklet,corresponding to each track, is a piece of poetry written with her in mind somewhere on New York City Subways and City Hall Park and the corner of her block after we said goodnight and I couldn't wait to write it down, and each poem starts with the syllable of the track it's for (for example track 8's poem starts with "Ex"). So the full title of the album, I suppose, is the entire first poem for the first track, which after some hesitation I decided to put here..
