Summer mixes are usually the most complicated and inconsistent, but this one seems to hold stong with what I'm into.The title plays in two ways: (1)An follow-up to a CD I did last year entitled "Business As Usual. A Day at the Circus." and (2)Sometimes when I walk down the street, that's what I feel like.
