"What's Goin' On" by Marvin Gaye has all kinds o' background talking. Also, the band ALT put out an album the name of which escapes me, and because it was a casual, lo-fi thing recorded in kitchens and living rooms, you can hear some background noise. Zeppelin's "Black Country Woman" off Physical Graffiti starts with the sound of a plane flying over, guys laughing, and I believe Page telling the engineer to "Leave it in."
