I'm sorry to have to say that bobwasbornin68 was killed on Nov. 5 by a car. I hope that you have enjoyed his mixes, but there unfortunately will be no more. His sister, Michele

i (and probably the next guy that adds a comment here) were both members of a punk music message board that bob frequented previously to his untimely death. we were taken surprise when today, a member posted on our forums after hearing of this mix and michele's feedback.

we @ punkplanet.com miss his sly sense of humor, decency amongst peers and overall good nature. although none of us had met bob, he had affected us profoundly in the time that we "knew" him.

Ditto that, Chris.

Despite never having met or known Bob in the traditional sense, he will be sorely missed not only for his mixes but for his commentary at the aforementioned site.

Michele, if you ever check back here, rest assured that Bob will not be forgotten.

Sending you my best...

I too post at that message board, and really enjoyed Bob's comments, and his knowledge and obvious love of music. Rest in peace, Bob.
