Comment:

Ooh, here's vol.5, nothing special at all, I guess this volume is a little bit of weird, I esp like Reivers version of Springsteens Atlantic city, Gilby Clarke's Jail guitar doors (One of my absolute favs with The Clash), It's always great to hear Paul Weller's voice in the speakers, Vanessa Paradis Velvet-cover IS really funny and catchy I think......Have a nice day folks!

(warning : PEDANTRY FOLLOWS)"Ain't It Fun" would be more correctly credited to (Peter Laughner) or (Rocket From The Tombs). Yeah I'm sure GnFnR their ownself don't know that tho so WHATEVAH

It's actually credited to "Laughner/Chrome".....and the RFtT thing certainly predates the Dead Boys, but it is the first time it appeared on record. Anyway.., good one Mike Pike....Set!

a great mix, Mike. Lots of these tracks have been doing the rounds in my subconscious lately. Namely, Lone Justice, Kirsty McColl and Paul Weller. Magical mix, my friend

It's not so wicked ;-) I think both IZZY & Gilby made nice versions....C'mon and love me is a F****N great song, Kiss own version is a killer but I think Skid row did it well......Whipped Cream made some great songs back then but I don't know what happened to them....I think they made 3 albums...the 1st one I prefer!

Nice mix, the Kirsty McColl....Paul Weller and Izzy /the Ju Ju's are stand out.....Izzy plays a lot like Ronnie Wood and Lowell George on that cd
