Comment:
This is the first serious mix I've done for myself since the Yui Horie "Naru Narusegawa" mix I did back in May and the first various artists mix I've done since MARCH! Yeah, where the fuck did the time go? Believe you me, folks, this little black duck is gonna be catching up on things hereon in. Initially, this was supposed to be done on the day before my birthday (July 17th) to commemorate said occasion, but I never got around to it, so I did it this weekend. Bif Naked makes her first appearance on one of my mixes since "Love Hina: The Rock Opera Vol. 1", and Frank Zappa makes his first appearance on one of my mixes since the "Forward To Toronto" series from February/March 2002. Otherwise it's the usual subjects here. I'll be back a lot sooner than two months with more tunage...Feedback:
Welcome back to the tattered fold, dude! I must confess I'm not too familiar with the artists you've used, + I'm not a big listener when it comes to the 1's I AM familiar with. Major kudos for the "Love Hina" cover, of course. Oh yeah, + Kiss too, though I don't recognize the title (what album?) I gotta get me some more Japanese music when I head back there. Gut the J-pop however- too saccharine for my tastes! Out.
welcome home Sanitarium...er I mean CJ...good job, like the kiss cover of the Ramones
"pills and soap"! and that residents cover is great.
fun!
