There's a lot of hits here and they're god damned rockin all over;-) Welcome to AOTM!!!
Nice mix. Is there any connection between the Jimmy Jones "Handy Man," and a Del Shannon song of the same name?
Thank you everyone for the warm welcoming. I'm not really sure Mixxer did Del Shannon come out with a similar song?
S O G - There is a Del Shannon song called "Handyman." I noticed that many of your selections here are R&B songs that are more widely known in their cover versions (Long Tall Sally, etc) so was wondering if the same was true of Handy Man. Anyway, welcome.
I have no idea Mixxer I didnt even know Del Shannon come out with a cover of Handy Man. I have to hear it sometime. Most and almost all os these songs are Rockin' though :-) When you get a chance ccheck out the compilation CD Good Rockin' Tonight.
Yes..., let there be good ROCKIN' tonight!!!

This is a good mix...looks like you were goin into the 50's and early 60's for this one. Great Buddy Holly selections, and I'm glad you got the Johnny B. Goode and Summertime Blues on here, both of those rule. And of course Walk Don't Run, tahts awesome too. Nice mix.
