Comment:

i made this at work over a period of a week. went over it many many times. if i had five minutes to spare i'd be working on it. i think it ended up working out for the best though. it works really well for me. has the flow i wanted. i like the prevelent art-influenced bands theme. ok that's it. pic is from old silent film

This is extra-sweet. I've been perusing your mixes for the last few mixes. Lots of favorite everywhere, I'd love to heat the inbetween stuff I haven't heard, and the flow and all that jazz. So yeah, we should trade, and I'll respond to your email in the next couple days. Also, that's one of my favorite Blonde Redhead songs. Also, I know the title to my last mix was rather cheesy lined up next to all the other cryptic titles this site usually gathers, but it's a great part of a great song from the CD. Also, I hate everything about Bob Schneider's fan base, most of his shows, and I've grown out of a good portion of his music, but I still think he can be an excellent songwriter. I realize that to most indie kids in Austin that's like saying that I think Dave Matthews is an excellent songwriter, but hey. I like what I like. Alright, that brings this ridiculously long comment to a close. Fin.

Interesting mix... especially starting off with James Chance. Have you heard the other version of that song under the name James White and the Blacks? A very underrated artist.
