this is a sorta ambient mix... the harvey quote is
about wresting with reality... the wizard of oz quote is about not being in kansas anymore... the aphex twin track is from selected ambient works 2 (disc 1 track 3) and is apparantly associated with a picture of rhubarb... the mansun track features former doctor who tom baker... the title of the mix comes from that track which claims that "everything is an excuse for something"... which i kinda liked...
