Comment:
MY definition of World Music. Basically, all it is is a mix of some of my favorite artists from around the world. As you'll realize at one point, Finland and Sweden can turn out insanely talented metal bands, while Canada has great singers. And for the record the song "Number 24" by Hope is a tribute to NHL goon Bob Probert (gotta love any song with a Tie Domi reference). And yes, I know it seems sacreligous to have Avril and Shania this close to Quarashi and Nightwish, but I like 'em all dangnabit!
Feedback:
Good selections, globetrotter. Here's one more band you might like to check out: Sentenced (metal band from Finland).
How about Moonspell from Portugal??
