for ages i've been wanting to make a mix of the best pixies tracks... upon trying this i discovered that it's pretty much impossible... another mix i've been wanting to do is a compilation of as many short songs i can get on a cd... this is the result of both those ideas combined... as many pixies tracks as could fit on a cd... the 42 shortest pixies songs in order of length... (levitate me is the longest here and allison is the shortest)... i think the order even works well... i replaced some of the songs with their version from the bbc cd if it was shorter... the title is the original name of the band which funnily enough works in describing this mix...
