These Beach Boys songs are a mix of my favorites and their best. Not necessarily all their hits, not all lesser-knowns either, just a good variety. This is an ideal mix, in kind of a poetic order and maybe just enough to fit in 70 minutes. Just remember, Brian Wilson said.Feedback:
Am I the only one who thinks Smiley Smile is better than Pet Sounds? It seems Pet Sounds is like more of a straight forward album while Smiley Smile is pure madcap, making no sense whatsoever. Oh well, to each his own I guess. Love the mix anyhow. Try to squeeze Windchimes in there.
I definitely like Smiley Smile better than Pet Sounds! Although Smiley Smile is just pieces of what should've been Smile.. it's still madcap yes, quirky and original. Wish Brian would've finished Smile.. he's talked about it like he still might someday, though! We'll see.. can't wait. Thanks for the post!
