My older daughter wanted me to make her a CD for playing in the car while she's driving around with her friends. So, while there's some stuff on here that I don't normally listen to, this is my interpretation of an intelligent and fun pop/rock mix. (I threw on "Cleveland Rocks" because she leaves to start attending Case Western Reserve University in two short weeks!)

You must be one cool dad if your daughter is requesting mixes from you. Most teenagers want nothing to do with their parents' record collections! Hope she does well at CWRU.

..can't beat the praise you're gettin' Misfit! Lotsa' good stuff here to hear.., she'll treasure it. My best wishes to her at Case Western as well.., Cleveland can be a lot of fun. (Yet conducive for studying too.)

like the You Am I and Old '97s...the best thing about Cleveland is our free and wonderful art museum (only a few blocks from Case)...other than that, she'll probably be doing a lot of studying!
I empathise with the guys here. Yvette brings along a cd playuer and puts her earphones on when we go anywhere in the car, so she doesn't have to hear my music! Great mix, great cover, oh superdad! Good luck to her in her studies
