Comment:
This mix actually consists of two cds - showcasing Ms. Phair at her best. The two discs span her work from Exile In Guyville, Whip-Smart, Whitechocolatespaceegg, Liz Phair (s/t), Juvenilia EP, a few girlysound recordings (that didn't sound like she recorded them out of cereal box), and a handful of soundtrack recordings. The songs are neither in chronological nor this one is better than this one order.

wow i am very happy this exists, i was actually thinking of making a single artist one featuring her, because if you play certain songs of hers in a certain order, it completely tells the story of her romance, how she met a guy on one album, had a son, got divorced on another, met someone else, and apologized on her latest... i mean, maybe it isnt chronologically acurate, but through suspension of disbelief, it would make an excellent mix.
Very nice. I love Liz Phair, even if I haven't heard a single note from the new CD. Wish I could find a copy of Girlysounds that sounds halfway decent. I have three copies and all of them sound like a jet's taking off in the background.
