Comment:
This mix is like, a depression mix sorta for me. Basically it's the story of my stupid-ass best friend who acted like a stupid-ass all over the place and now I kinda sorta despise her greatly. Tracks 1,2, and 3 are three of our favorite songs that we'd sing out loud together like retards. Tracks 4,5, and 6 are songs that I listened to when I was really pissed off at her right after the shit flew. The rest of the tracks are all songs that like, make me sad, make me angry, make me miss her, make me want to never talk to her again, etc. etc. Right now I'm very mixed because she has tried to contact me and I've ignored her repeatedly...I've been told by everyone to blow her off, but she was my best friend in the whole world. Bottom line. She's a mailboxhead. Bew.
Feedback:
this is a perfect mix. i just broke up with my best friend too. i think i may use this mix to cope or whatever. its just beautiful
Great songs. Just remember that sometimes it takes a long time before someone realizes what a jerk they were. When you're self-centered, you don't know it. When the time comes, let her apologize.
You rule in my books since you used my favorite Neil Young song of all. As far as your friend goes, I know where you're coming from. I've had fallings out with a few friends over the years. Through my experience, it comes down to this...if what they did was the trivial bullshit, then you will make up when the time is right for both. If not, then all i can say is that you can't fake forgiveness. The romantic nature of friends "always being there" is, unfortunately, starry-eyed crap. I hope you do feel better soon. Cheers! -AF.
