Comment:

This is a companion piece to the last college mix. This one has less local stuff than the previous mix (by the way, I was aware that not ALL the bands on the last mix were Canadian, but most of them were) This one has even less Canadian content than my last mix but these are still all artists that are prominently featured on the local college station. (OK I've never heard FOW or L Phair's new album on college radio but I love these songs anyways...)

Ooh, love this. I can't wait to get back to my college station in just a few weeks. Damn you, commercial radio!

some good picks, like sebadoh & billy bragg/wilco. its funny but i've heard that commerical radio here in perth (aus) are promoting liz phair big time-hey, you gotta make money, but there have to be other ways of doing it than having your stuff played on the cheeziest, obnoxious, boring commercial radio station in perth. (no i don't listen to it, but its the station they play at work when people are on hold). thank christ for public/college radio. i couldn't live in a city without it.
