My friend asked for a work-out mix. In her own words: "Actually, right now 'Shining Star' and 'Freedom 90' have been on my latest mix with good results (!!??!)." I tried to pick songs (off the top of my head) that all had *more or less* the same tempo. Then, I grouped them into three "sets" which got progressively longer (1-7: 22 minutes, 8-15: 26.5 minutes and 16-23: 30 minutes). Lastly, I tried to pick songs that one would not necessarily associate with the gym. I like the result. :)
Feedback:
cool--songs to break a sweat to: for me it's running the streets (7:45 pace- no music)-
just started running again after an 8 year break, or Nordic Tracking (with headphones)
in the basement. Spinning's something I might try...(hmmm one more machine in the basement...?)
