Hehhehheh. I once sent a lovingly compiled mix to a friend- the envelope arrived, but the tape was long gone. Damn.
Damn, that's not a nice mix. Another disasterous tape could have super-sharp edges on the case or something and cut you really bad when you go to listen to it. That would be waaaaay harsh!
