FINALLY..I have been combing every freakin record store searching for many of these songs (The Coal song is supposedly not available in the US..THANK YOU NAPSTER!!) This is the Soundtrack to my all-time favorite movie CHASING AMY!! There was one song I couldn't find "My Stomp My Beat" by Vicki Sue Robinson but I added Pink Triangle and Kiss the Rain neither of which was in the movie so I think that makes up for it...I may add more dialogue in from the movie..a lot of the songs are in the 2 minute range...may alter this when I re-finish the mix...

Just to clarify..cause some people probably think I am nuts (well okay I am but...) There was no OFFICIAL Chasing Amy Soundtrack released due to record company politics (the whole sotry can be found on viewaskew.com)..and a lot of these songs are on long-since deleted CDs or unavailable in the US...Thanks for respecting and glorifying my insanity:)

FYI, found the Coal song on Limewire and Audiogalaxy.. actually found ALL the songs online (okay, at least the ones I didn't have on CD already). On the View Askew site they have a track listing of what would have been the chasing Amy soundrack if anyone wants to check it out... http://www.viewaskew.com and find "Make your own Chasing Amy Soundtrack". Since this thread is almost 2 years old, I don't know if the original poster will respond or has responded to anyone. So, do your self a favor ---> get your leech on. Easy.

I have downloaded every song on for Chasing Amy, except that damn Vicki Sue Robinson song, cant find it anywhere. I'm not trying to brag, im trying to help:) I got all of them from MINMX, its a free download, and the site works great. Good Luck!!

its interesting to see that I am not the only one who digs that tune. And i can't believe I am not the only one searching for the lyrics. I love that song Stay so much...it is a terrible shame it got no play......imagine what the world would have been like though if they had played it over and over again on the radio...then the song would lose its value.
