Comment:
I wasn't going to post this until Jess, the tape's intended recipient, listened to it. But seeing as though that may never happen, I can only pray that she doesn't read this site frequently...So this tape took a long time to make. The artwork was done about four months before the tape. I couldn't make any other mixes, either, as I was trying to make mixes in alphabetical order.Needless to say, this is also the end of the alphabetic mixes. My intent for this mix was this: stuff she needs to hear (most of it), some to weird her out ("Homo Safari," one of the weirdest "songs" ever), some to make her laugh (David Cross, hopefully), and a surprise at the end. (I didn't list the Flaming Lips track. that's why I didn't want to post this until she listened to it.)Unfortunately, my tape deck is in the midst of the process of breaking, so this could be my last tape-based mix for a while. A sad thing.Feedback:
