Comment:

Most of the Brazilian stuff I've seen on mixes has been mostly the bossa nova & some classic MPB, so I thought I would broaden people's experience of the range of Brazilian stuff. No hardcore, but lots of other stuff . Tried to keep away from some of the standards & Byrne's compilation tracks (which are great). Much of the above has been released in the US at some point on CD, though a few are from European or Brazillan cds. Next one I will dig into the lps. If there is interest, I can put more info about the tracks & sources.
The cover graphic I stole from ZT Ramalho's album Natao Nordestina; it just seemed so cool that I couldn't resist. I did change a couple of things on it.
