Eh, I made this cd a couple years ago and recently re-discovered it. If I were making it again today, I would probably change a few things, but I still think it holds up relatively well. (The cover is new. Just made it today.)

No, they make topical cream for that now:) The part of the mix that I recognize holds up pretty well.
