i love that book. and APC/TOOL.
it would be interesting to hear music made in a sort of chronoligical order to that book. as sort of an accompaniment to each page/chapter/mood. perhaps my next pet project.
how can it be Perks of Being a Wallflower without The Smiths - Asleep...PS...who hasn't read the book and then wanted to download and make his mixtape track-listing in the book...all I remeber is The Smiths and Genesis being on it....
this mix is more of a "what the mix tape would have been had I wrote the book" than trying to make something to accompany the book. and it doesn't have the smiths because they suck. let the hate feedback begin.
The biggest perk of being a wallflower would have to be having Bob Dylan as a daddy, right? I mean right, right? Come on- that's funny! K's Choice? APC? Tool? Now I gotta read this book. Out.
the book has nothing to do with the wall flowers. and well, your wrong about the smiths sucking. that book wouldnt exist without the smiths. or, well, charlie wouldnt have existed without the smiths.

While I like the selection of music on your 'mix tape' I think it is inappropriately titled. It doesn't matter if you like the Smiths or not. I think you may be misleading some people to think these songs are mentioned in the book. =P
