Comment:
i actually made this one several weeks ago. i hadn't made a mix for quite some time, and so i decided to make one for my friend lindsay. he's doing his end of school exams now, the HSC as we call it, and so i thought i'd make him a mix he can relax to, as it can be pretty damn stressful. oh god. that's gonna be me next year... eep! so, as i was saying. lindsay likes pretty much all that i like. he's a dead keen radiohead fan, and loves the pumpkins like nothing else, so i had to put in some of that. other stuff is my choice, as i'm not entirely sure which smaller bands he's adopted. i was worried that the mix would be a little too mellow (for me, nothing's ever too mellow, but some people just aren't into that). so i put a little warning, about it being comatose, in the middle of the slip i made for the cover. damn me. i'm forever in need of a scanner. well i did my usual theme, hand collage from magazines pasted onto brown paper (mainly CD bags, they always have nice jagged edges you can incorporate). anything else? title is from the last song by the gorgeous M·m. i finished off with some sleep-themed songs, to balance out the daytime-theme of the first Gersey song. i like a sense of completion at the end of a mix.
Feedback:
This mix is nber-dope. That Beck track is amazing, and I am very impressed with the Smashing Pumpkins and Ben Folds inclusions.
