Comment:
If I told you, "I am from outer space", you wouldn't believe a word I said. Would you?...why should you? You've lost your way...You should have nothing to say. You've lost your rights...to walk on Jupiter and Mars. And even other world unknown among the stars. AMONG THE STARS. You've lost your rights to the pleasant things of being. You've lost your rights, your cosmo-interplanetary-intergalactic eternal rights of celestial being. Hark! This existence is not what it seems. True, it is of the truth, it is existence; Yet and still...it is not being...if it were an OMNI-being, it would be. And what is called life could be seen from a different view to be enclosed in an abstract prism. Haven-heaven-hell. For shades and shadows of the inner darkness. YOU MUST LEARN TO LISTEN. Because by listening you will learn to see with your mind's eye. You see: MUSIC PAINTS PICTURES that onlyu the Mind's Eye can see. Open your ears so that you can see with the eye of the mind.Feedback:
... outstanding !
transcendant
or at least transporting
you got a point there, it's a process to listen to Sun ra, and I'm still diggin' my world to outer space jazz
Delightful!
.....DON'T KNOW A LOT ON HERE...FASCINATING!
Very cool. Love the inclusion of Carl Stalling.
Whoa, my friend--this looks great. Would you care to trade for this?
I think Sun Ra would dig where you're coming from here - I don't know some of those tracks toward the end but I'd love to hear what a "Sirius Space Party" sound like.
Beautiful Lakespeed! (Great mix comment, too!) They DO know how to party on Sirius!!! (A & B)
Congratulations. Well deserved.
Author! Author! Congratulations Lakespeed!!!
This rules. Love to trade for it, and I'm sirius! (At this point, I'm deleting all of the other dumb astronomy puns I was too tempted to use.). Truly nice tribute. "All hail the Sun god, he sure is a fun god - Ra, Ra, Ra!"
Great stuff. I am a huge Sun Ra freak and a great tribute.
I have no idea what most of this is (except for the magnificent Silver Apples and Carl Stalling tracks), but I'm going to find out. A rare example envoking passion that incites curiosity. Cheers!
Huh, I thought I commented on this the first time around. Well, it's just as good the second time. Very cool, and congratulations.
Congratulations mate! Now go let Lottie out of the closet.
Amazing!
