Winter- Lindisfarne is a must for a Winter mix.

Doves - The Man Who Told Everything
FoW and Mamas & the Pappas were good choices. How about Time Passages by Al Stewart or Leaves that Are Green by Simon and Garfunkel...though the S&G is a little more fall, maybe a stretch.
