Comment:
Sorry for track 5 being an Unknown Artist. It's a novelty thing I found. A buncha guys extolling the virtues of beer to one of the most widely know tunes in the opera Carmen. (Toreador Song) If you know who this is, please tell me!You can enjoy more boozy good times while Making "Happy Hour" Bitterly Ironic
Feedback:
It's liquid bread, it's good for yooooou!!! I know the song, but not who does it. :) Great selections! Whoda thunk the Dead Kennedys and Jimmy Buffett on the same mix, but it works!
uh oh, I think everyone's gonna do a mix like this now ;-) I just posted mine I'd been working on 4 bout a month, & have a couple of the same songs. Everyone always have different songs with similar themes, so it's always interesting!
Any mix named after my favorite bar gets a thumbs up from me. I'll buy the next round.
Does the beer song go: "beer, beer, beer, beer-beer-beer-beer, beer, beer..." with triplet feel to it? And talk about Charlie Hops, the inventor? Because if that's the song, it's the Skoidats, a really obscure, shortly lived, but great ska band from Montana. They only put out two albums, but I'd highly recommend them to fans of the genre. (Also, their drummer is sick-nasty.)
Also, I'd have to say that Spill the Wine is not a good drinking song; it's pretty slow and trippy, and no one really knows the verses because it's just talking. But that's just my opinion. Still a cool mix.
Oh, hehehe....I just saw the note at the bottom about the unknown song. Well, if you have a chance to look up the Skoidats, I recommend that anyway.

Now this is what I call a mix.
excellent - I'd forgotten about this Dead Kennedys track.
First of all, let me say that druMMMer is absolutely wrong about "Spill The Wine" -- it's a great drinking song! It just depends on what you're drinking!! Another fine mix, Cruella, though it's a little early in the morning for me to be drinking!
Chez Cruella, another great one, thankyou. I played this at dinner the other night with my brother-in-law and mother-in-law. Guess which one of them fell off their seat when track 4 came on!! Champagne and Reefer is always a favourite - ask French Conection. When are you coming to Dubai? Thanks again.
Chez? How pissed am I? Please read Cher . . .
