Some truly fine moments. (Smith, Donovan, and Cake.) But HOORAY for being daring and including Sons of the Pioneers. A lovely song.
Nice Choices. I think my top choices right now would be "We Will Become Sillhouettes" by the The Postal Service and "Do You Realize" by the Flaming Lips. Thanks for including Smith- he will be missed.
If I had to choose from this list, I'd pick #16 because it would only play at the end of a very romantic movie. But if I chose for myself, i'd pick "Shine a Light" by The Rolling Stones. It's bittersweet yet uplifting and life-affirming.
