Comment:
More folk stuff because I had that big pile of CDs laying around near my computer from the last mix. Again, not pure folk, more like folkies in love. Picasso's guitar player on the cover.Feedback:
ooo. what I know of this is good. I feel like I'm the only person you hasn't heard damien rice's music yet!
yum. this is SO fantastic. wonderful job! =)
Yeah, very choice choices! Would love to hear Whitley do "Crystal Ship" ... my goodness!
yes, Lovely stuff , like to hear this sometime
Nice.
What they said.
Ditto.
There may never be another song like "Reason to Believe" - it breaks me up every time I hear, no matter who covers it. It's truly heartbreaking. And Billy Bragg's version of Renee is really inspired.
Billy Bragg's version of Walk Away Renee knocked me out the first time I heard it. Tim Harden wrote a classic with Reason To Believe. Many people covered it but his own version is still the best.
Chris Whitley's cover of the Door's Crystal Ship is very... well, Chris Whitley sounding.
Weird, moody and great guitar pickin'.

Another good one.
This is phenomenal. Ditto what everyone said about "Walk Away Renee" and "Reason to Believe", and I'll add my appreciation for Steve Earle's Beatles cover. What a great version. And a great mix, too.
ditto w/ Adam here...really tracks all around...

Hey George! So far I'd say I like every single mix I've seen of yours, so it's hard to choose, but if you'd be willing to trade this one for my "Let It Rip" set,
I think we could be in business -- for some odd software reason I can't seem to pull up your e-mail from AOTM, can you get mine?
