Comment:
A mix for a friend moving to NYC. Selected songs according to any combination of the following: explicitely about New York, by an artist from NYC, conveys a sense of urban life. All were ultimately chosen b/c of potential appeal to tape recipient (natch) and the boundaries of my taste/record collection (so no Billy Joel).Feedback:
Excellent mix! Most songs I know & like, and a few I'm gonna look up. :)
Love the S&G track. If you're interested in covers, Everything But The Girl do a nice version.
This looks excellent!
Lotta good stuff!
