...the 6th in a series of Metal Mixes. The first two songs are 2 of the most uplifting songs in metal I've ever heard, I litterally feel happier every time I hear them. Most of the tracks on here are new releases from Century Media, Nuclear Blast and any other label Caroline distributes. Some are from albums I've just gotten recently (like the Children of Bodom and Blind Guardian). Having seen a bunch of these bands recently I thought it was time to crank out another mix. One thing I've noticed since the first metal mix, while the tempo of the mixes tend to stay relative constant, the theme has gotten decidedly less negative...metal 202 was practically all death and black metal...this is mostly progressive, happier stuff...I must be getting old : )
