Comment:

This was initially inspired by the soundtrack to "Grosse Point Blank". I started removing some of the songs I didn't care for and adding new ones in. Before I knew it had become a disc of mostly pop songs from the 80's and mostly from Great Britian.

Super cool - The lead-off track might inspire me to do a Tom Robinson mix. They had SO many great songs. Every song here is a winner.

Definitely a fine time for popular music, a brief shining moment when what would otherwise be relegated to "alternative" rock (which, of course, is utter shit these days) was actually prominently displayed on the radio (and MTV -- wow, remember when they used to show videos?). Not everything here has aged as well, but it looks like fun.
