January 1990: The first in an ongoing series of 32 mixes. No artists repeated on a mix (technically - The Who and Pete Townshend is okay, apparently) and no song appears on more than one mix. Almost 900 songs in 10 years - a musical journal of my life. There's a fair bit of crap in this first mix (that's the first and last Hooters song I've included), but I think it reflects pretty good taste in music for a 14-year-old with few social skills (which I was at the time). It brings back a lot of fond memories of the first year of high school.
