From my favorite albums in 2003. Mostly Power Pop or in the Pop/Rock genre. I picked 19 full length LP's and 1 EP (JamisonParker). Album Name appears in the brackets next to the song title. Lots of good music out this year--I guess my favorite album of the year was either Welcome Interstate Managers or Electric Version (everyone seems to think this was an amazing album). Both are not only amazing pop/rock albums from this year, but amazing in general, some of the very best ever. So Much for the City would rank highly as well if I had to list them all out. American Suitcase and Barely Pink were some nice new additions to my power pop collection as well. Sorry about some obvious picks off of some albums too (especially Room on Fire and Get Born). I guess many of these showed up on other best of 2003 mixes--but that's okay isn't it? Enjoy it.
