Comment:

This is my music of the moment, whereas the moment was in... eeehm... April 2003? However, this compilation still offers a quite representative insight in the thing called "my very own musical taste". :o)

so many classics here... how cool would a film with this soundtrack be?

I'd love to know the plot of the film. the soundtrack is clearly great. (Am I being too obvious if I said that it is slightly Tarantino with the choices?) I don't know Poems for Laila though. What are they like?

I love the way you work in the Mama's and Papa's/Monkees with the White Stripes/Pixies. This is cool.

Rehi and thanx a lot for the enormous feedback to my first submitted mix. :o) Well... who would be interested in making the adequate movie for my musical arrangement? Please send me scripts - I am very interested in them. *grin* (Honestly speaking, it would be a thrilling concept at all - making a movie for an existing soundtrack...) "Poems for Laila" is a German Band that had -in my opinion- its best time in the late Eighties, shortly after its foundation. I like their very unique and unconventional instrumentation, for example by jew's-harp, mandoline, barrel organ etc. Check out their album "Another Poem For The 21th Century" - it's awesome! By the way: I am already planning a new (theme) mix. Watch out for more. :o)
